Mr. T. L. CATE [also mentioned in an above article as being the Mayor] has in store a lot of coffee already parched, which, upon trial, we find to be an extra good article– something that might be called number one. Try it and you will find that it is the best and cheapest in the end. He also has an extra stock on Indies fashionable dress goods which he is disposing of at low figures. (page 3, col 1)
