I Michael Harvey have this day bargained and Sold and by these presents do convey to Richard McQueen for the consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and fifty Dollars to me in hand paid the recept of which is hereby acknowledged. A certain Tract of parcel of land lying in the 10th civil district of Blount and State of Tennessee on the Rocky ridge near Louisville. Bounded and described in a deed from Jane and Wm. P. Gillesfree to the said C. W. Saffell bearing date the 10th of March 1827 to which deed Refference is made for Butts and Bounds to have and to hold the Same from me the Said Michael Harvey My heirs and assigns unto the Said Richard Mcqueen his heirs and assigns forever, and the Said Mcqueen is to have possession of the same the first of ____ nest. In testimony whereof I the Said Michael Harvey have hereunto set my hand and afforod my seal this 19 July 1862.
