(Leftwich) DIBRELL<\/strong>; French descent; educated Public Schools White County, Emery &amp; Henry College, Va., and Vanderbilt University; married <strong>Mary Lou RHEA <\/strong>March 25, 1879; member Knights Templar, Elks Odd Fellows, K. of P., Woodmen of the World, Royal Arcanum; Democrat; Chairman of County Executive Committee for White County for several years; appointed Clerk and Master of Chancery Court for White County October 10, 1894, by <strong>Chancellor T. J. FISCHER<\/strong>; re-appointed by him October 10, 1900; served until March 20, 1904, when he was appointed Comptroller of the Treasury by <strong>James B. FRAZIER, Governor<\/strong>, to fill out the unexpired term of <strong>Theodore F.
