M. and I. O. O. F.; representative in the Lower House in the Fiftieth General Assembly of Tennessee from Dickson Co.; elected Aug., 1908, as judge of the Ninth judicial circuit to succeed Judge <strong>R. L. PECK<\/strong>, re-elected for full term 1910; aid on staff of Gov. R. L. TAYLOR 1897-8 rank of colonel; member of M. E.
