Thos.<\/strong> and <strong>Martha (Sharpe) DOBYNS<\/strong>; educated in public schools and at Kemper College, graduating from latter in 1891; married <strong>Anna H. HAYS <\/strong>Sept. 12, 1905; president Memphis Local Assembly Brotherhood of St. Andrew, 1<sup>st<\/sup> vice-president Memphis Y. M. C.
