B. degree Jan. 22, 1908; began his business as a school teacher, later studied law; member Masons (Master Mason), and Woodman of the World; Democrat; former Election Commissioner for Benton Co., Tenn., and Chairman of the Democratic Executive Committee of said Co.; now Joint Representative from the Cos. of Benton and Decatur, Tenn.; member of the M.
