M., 1892; early occupation teaching at Alpine Institute, Overton Co., Tenn., and engaged in the practice of law in Overton and adjoining counties fifteen years; served as superintendent of public instruction for Overton Co., Tenn., two terms; at present he is chancellor of Fourth Division of Tenn.; married <strong>Nora Deane BOWDEN<\/strong>, May 16, 1889; member I. O. O. F., and F. &amp; A. M.; Democrat; member of M. E.
