D. in 1870; married twice, first <strong>Alice PEACH<\/strong>, second <strong>Ella McKINNEY<\/strong>, 1880; member of Knox County Medical Society, East Tennessee Medical Society, State Medical Society, former President Knox Co. Medical Society; served as private in Confederate army; began his business career as a prescription druggist; former professor of Physiology University of Nashville, and professor gynecology in Tenn.
