S. A. 32d Tenn. Regiment Brown\u2019s Brigade 1862-1865; engaged in business in Boston, Mass., after the war; married <strong>Louisa H. BROUGHTON<\/strong> Aug. 13, 1868; entered firm in crockery and glass business in 1881, Boston, Mass., senior partner in 1888, sold out in 1890 and moved to Tenn. May 16, 1890, where he entered business and became treas. of Brown Mfg.
