Railway 1900; is at present Councilor 1<sup>st<\/sup> District Tenn., State Medical Association (term expires 1812 <em>\/sic\/<\/em>); Democrat; was appointed Major Surgeon 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Regiment N. G. S. T. 1888 by Gov.
