P., Royal Arcanum, National Union; Democrat; in early life was clerk in father\u2019s store; practiced medicine at Bigbyville, Maury Co., Tenn., for fifteen years, moved to Franklin in 1900, where he has lived since; is now Co. Health Officer and President Tenn.
