Law School June, 1873; married <strong>Lizzie E. PERKINS <\/strong>May 21, 1879; member of M. E. church, South, Knights of Pythias; Democrat; formerly Special Supreme Judge of Tennessee from April 8, 1907, to Feb. 2, 1908; served on the military staff of <strong>Gov.
