State University; graduated L. I., 1898, B. S., 1901; and A. B. 1903; went to New York in 1907 and served as House Surgeon of the St. Mary\u2019s Hospital; House Surgeon of the N. Y. Women\u2019s Hospital; House Surgeon of the N. Y. Lying in Hospital; House Physician of the N. Y. General Hospital and six months as Medical Director of the N. Y.
