Joe WHEELER<\/strong>; lived in Chattanooga, from 1867 to 1872; operated mill property in Sequatchie Valley, in Bledsoe Co., Tenn., until 1890, when he established a mercantile business which he now owns and operates; aided in organization of the Sequatchie County Bank, and is now president of that institution; senior partner of W.
