WEBB<\/strong> Jan. 1, 1880; was local President of Farmers\u2019 Educational and Co-Operative Union of America; Democrat; formerly Postmaster Claresville, Tenn.; on <strong>Gen<\/strong>. <strong>McDOWELL\u2019s<\/strong> staff with rank of Major,\u00a0C. S. A.; member of the Baptist church; engaged in farming and merchandising and practicing medicine at Clarkesville, Tenn.; P. O. address, Kenton, Tenn., R. F.
