ELROD<\/strong>, paternal grandmother <strong>Eliza (McDonald) ELROD<\/strong>, maternal grandfather <strong>George HALLEMAN<\/strong>, maternal grandmother <strong>Liza (Apple) HALLEMAN<\/strong>; educated Granville High School, entered mercantile business in early life; married <strong>Vera<\/strong> <strong>APPLE<\/strong> Aug. 8, 1899; member of Masons (30<sup>th<\/sup> degree Scottish Rite), also member Odd Fellows; member M.
