F. and Elvine E. (Justice) MITCHELL<\/strong>; father\u2019s occupation, farmer; paternal grandparents <strong>Samuel G. and Susan J. (Adams)<\/strong> <strong>MITCHELL<\/strong>, maternal grandparents <strong>Geo. W. and Rebecca (White) JUSTICE<\/strong>; educated in public schools and at Pleasant View Academy; his mother died when he was very young and his father became an invalid; moved from Ky. To Tenn. in 1886, and was forced to work to defray expenses of his education; his earliest occupation was farming; worked in tobacco business for five years, later became a school teacher and has just completed his third term as principal of Cheap Hill (Tenn.) school; has been in educational work thirteen years, is also engaged in farming; married <strong>Myrtle SHEARON<\/strong> Feb. 1, 1900; member I. O. O. F., has been secretary of local lodge of same for past three years; Past Consul M.
