B.; Cumberland University 1872 LL. B.; married <strong>Idelette DIAL<\/strong> Oct. 1875; member I. O. O. F., K. of P. and Royal Arcanum; mayor of Chattanooga 1897-99; member of Miss. Legistlature 1876-77; admitted to bar and commenced practice of law in Meridian, Miss., in 1872; moved to Chattanooga in 1888 and formed partnership with <strong>Judge Lewis SHEPHERD<\/strong> in 1889; in 1892 with <strong>W. H. BOYLE<\/strong>; later with <strong>T. C. LATIMORE<\/strong>; in 1899 with <strong>Judge F. M. THOMPSON<\/strong> and in 1907 <strong>W. H.
