BENHAM, Philo Dayton,\u00a0 <\/strong>farmer; born Jacksonport, Ark., Jan. 2, 1857; son of Philo Mead<\/strong> and Lucinda (Dayton) BENHAM<\/strong>; English descent; father\u2019s occupation,\u00a0 teacher, publisher, manufacturer; paternal grandfather James BENHAM<\/strong>, paternal grandmother Lucy (Mead) BENHAM<\/strong>, maternal grandfather, Telem DAYTON<\/strong>, maternal grandmother Lucinda (Fletcher) DAYTON<\/strong>; educated in public schools of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; married J.
