PARSLEY<\/strong>, maternal grandmother was a <strong>Miss ISBELL<\/strong> prior to her marriage; educated Bluff Springs, Middleton Seminary and Masonic Institute Huntsville (Tenn.); admitted to bar Jan., 1875; married <strong>Alice G.
