E. AKARD<\/b> Sept. 1, 1869, member of Masonic Lodge, Holston Institute of Sullivan Co., Tenn.; Democrat was formerly Justice of Peace and chairman County Court of Sullivan Co.; was chairman of the executive committee of Independent Democrats of Sullivan Co. 1910; was First Lieutenant Co. G., 19<sup>th<\/sup> Tennessee Regiment, C. S.
