PENNEL<\/b>, Oct. 23, 1900; began his business career as a clerk; is now member of the firm of Chapman, McMahon &amp; Co., Randolph, Tenn., successors to Chapman &amp; Co., merchants of Randolph, Tenn., of which firm he was also a member; is a member of the Randolph Lodge of Odd Fellows; Democrat, and member and recording steward M.
