Peebles&#8217; School of Spring Hill, Tenn.; married <b>Florence WITT, <\/b>October, 1880; early business career, farming; Chairman of the Democratic Executive Committee of Giles County, Tenn., at the time of Grover Cleveland&#8217;s first administration; member City Council of Pulaski, which office he held frequently for thirty years; suffered hardships as a ten-year-old boy during the war of 1861-1865; was a studious druggist from 1869-1900; since that time has given a great deal of time to municipal work as an Alderman of Pulaski, Tenn., without charge; now banker and real estate owner; member Methodist Episcopal Church, South; member National Union, Royal Arcanum and W. O.
