(Shilling) KRIDER<\/b>; German descent; educated in common schools of Whittey Co., Ind., and graduated from the Gandy Private School for Boys May 20, 1884; married <b>Dora C. GRIGER<\/b> Oct. 4, 1891; was a charter member of the Patrons of Industry, was president of local lodge for two years; was reared on a farm and followed that occupation until 24 years of age; in 1886 located at Hastings, Neb., Nov. 5, 1887, moved to Sterling, Colo., May following went to Denver, Colo., secured employment with the Thompson Construction Co.; traveled through the Western and Pacific States until 1891; lived in Noble Co., Ind., for three years; on Nov. 5, 1895, located at Paris, Tenn.; in 1896 worked for Walten &amp; Hunt, contractors, of Decatur, Ala.; in 1900 had charge of construction dept. of the Paris Lumber Co.; in 1906 entered real estate and general contracting business; member 1<sup>st<\/sup> M.
