R., Red Rock Cantilever Bridge, Colorado River, Arizona, Arkansas and White River bridges, and Randolph bridge over Mo. river at Kansas City, Mo.; did some work on Miss levees; chief engineer of railroads in South and Southwest; chief engineer Aransas Pass harbor and jetty works, Texas; Major of Volunteer Engineers and Chief Engineer Chattanooga Staa.
