(Watkins) WILLIAMS; educated in Memphis, Tenn.; began his career as an employe [sic] of a railroad; married Edith REID, April 3, 1895; member DeSoto Lodge, Chickasaw Club, Country Club and Business Men’s Club; President of Memphis Cotton Exchange, and President of Exchange Building Co.; member of Presbyterian church.
