GOOCH, Nov. 6, 1896; member W. O. W., K. P., and B. P. O. E.; Democrat; member of City Council June, 1900, June, 1908; member of County Democratic Committee, 1909-1910; member of the County Court since Sept. 1900; member of M. E. Church, South; engaged in real estate and insurance business.
