L. degree in 1893; married Elizabeth B. CARROLL, June12, 1909; member Kappa Sigma fraternity, Mason, Shrine, K. P., B. P. O. E., Natural Art Club and Press club of N. Y., Business Men’s Club, country club and Tenn. Club; Democrat; member of Episcopal Church; all of his business life has been devoted to the practice of law.
