PERCY, William Armstrong, lawyer; born Washington Co., Miss., Jan. 24, 1863; educated in country schools and University of the South, graduating from the later with M. A. degree in 1882; he then entered law department of University of Va., from which he graduated in 1884; in 1885 he located in Memphis, and opened a law office and has practiced there continuously from that time to present; member of Episcopal church.
