July 1897; member Cumberland Club, Cherokee Country Club, Cotillion Club, Elks, Knights Templar, Mystic Shrine (Alhambra Temple); Democrat; member of Methodist Church; is now engaged in the practice of medicine, and president of Knoxville (Tenn) Board of Health.
