(Greaves) HENNING; educated Tipton High School; graduated Bellevue Hospital Medical College, New York, M.D.; married Cornelia FRAYSER, October 15, 1874; member Masons and Odd Fellows; member Police and Fire Commissioners (November, 1904, December 31, 1909), of Memphis; practiced in medicine, since 1871; professor in Memphis Hospital Medical College since 1879; physician to City and St. Joseph’s Hospitals; founder of Webster-Warnock Chemical Company and he is now President Webster-Warnock Chemical Company, President Tennessee Brick Company, President Beech Creek Coal Company, Ky.; President Memphis Long Distance Telephone Company; Director in Commercial Trust & Savings Bank; Trustee in First Methodist Church and planter on large farm in Lauderdale County, Tenn. of 8,000 acres.
