F. and K. of P.; Democrat; former City Recorder of Obion, Tenn., four years, and Mayor two years; member of Obion School Board and secretary of Democratic Executive Committee of Obion Co., Tenn.; located at Obion, Tenn., in 1899 and entered the practice of law.
