S. 1904; University of Chattanooga LL. B. 1905; married Augusta CONVERSE June 18, 1907; member of Chattanooga Golf and Country Club and Knights of Pythias, Phi Bet [sic] Kappa, Tenn. Bar Assn., American Bar Assn., American Political Science Assn; Republican; associate professor of political science in the University of Chattanooga, which chair he assumed in 1904; engaged in the practice of law at Chattanooga; member of the firm of Strang & Fletcher; member of the M. E. church.
