Lebanon, Ohio, and at Bowling Green, Ky.; graduated Lebanon, Ohio, business and teachers course, Sept. 1889; entered educational work early in life; elected County Superintendent of Weakley Co., Tenn., which position he has held for six years; married Nettie ATKINS June 28, 1893; member I.O.O.F., F. & A. M. and R. A.M.; Democrat.
