Y., in accounting in 1877; began his career as a bookkeeper for Lake & Bro., cotton factors, 1882; in 1885 became partner in firm of Lake & Dorion, and 1892 secretary and treasurer Memphis Grocery Co.; in 1898 secretary and treasurer Norfleet-Thompson Co., 1902 auditor Herand Shoe Co., Boston, Mass., 1908 manager of office of D. Canale & Co., his present position; married Lucie ALLEN, of Kentucky, Nov. 5, 1903; member of Masons, Scottish Rite, Shrine and member of Credit Men’s Association.
