O. O. F.; Democrat; has served as mayor of Lebanon, Tenn., two terms; former justice of the peace, alderman of Lebanon, deputy county clerk; at present he is clerk of the County Court of Wilson county Tenn., interested in dry goods, grain and feed business; member of Presbyterian church, U. S. A.
