M.; Republican; admitted to bar Greeneville, Tenn., Feb. 20, 1897; elected justice of the peace, May 25, 1907; elected chairman of Highway Commission, Greene Co., Tenn., Jan., 1909; former district chairman; at present postmaster and justice of the peace; member of the Methodist church; engaged in farming at Midway, Tenn.
