FOSTER, Aug. 18, 1880; member Decaturville Lodge No. 218 F. & A. M., and Decaturville Chapter No. 133, R. A. M. (now H. P.), Decaturville Council No. 80 T. I. D. M., and Decaturville Lodge No. 602 I. O. O. F.; member of M. E. Church, South.
