Obituary

Sister Martha A. SIMMONS was born Oct 9th. 1819. Professed faith in Christ in year 1841.  Died April 18, 1904.  Was an invalid for a number of years but bore her disease with great patience.  Was a member of Thompson Creek Baptist Church over half a century.  Respected by all her acquaintances loved by the church, her children and grandchildren.  Sympathetic always tried to advance the cause of religion and right.  We miss her now but hope soon to see her where coughs pains and trouble will never come.
