Reselutions of respect of sister FEATHERSON
Death is abroad in our land gathering fruits for Eternity and has
visited our Church and another of our loved ones sister Lena
FEATHERSON She were born Feb 8 1888 departed this life Nov.
24- 1921 age 33 years nine months and 16 dayes she professed
faith in Christ in the year 1905 and united with the Missionary Baptist
Church at Thompson Creek where she lived a member untill death called
her away She was married to J. D. FEATHERSON in the year
1905 this union was blessed with three children- Graden - Murrel
- Lena Lozette Lena leaves a mother one sister one brother
a host of relatives and friends to mourn her death Lenas work is
done the angel of death has called her to a higher and a nobler reward
whereas it has pleased our kind and heavenly father to take from our
kind church our beloved sister be it resolved that that while we humbly
bow before him who doeth all things well we feel that our church has
sustained a great loss Resolved that we extend our sympathy to
the beraved companion children and relatives in this theire deep sorrow
and command when to the protecting and unfailing love of that father in
whom our sister trusted Resolved that a copy of these reselutions
be spread upon our church reckords one sent to her beloved companion
and one sent to the Babtist flag for publication
