Resolutions of Respect of Dr. J. F. ALLMAN
Died Mar 12, 1928
Where as again the death angel has knocked at the door of our church
and our beloved brother Dr Jno F ALLMAN has been called and his spirit
borne to that habitation from which no traveler ever returns.
In the passing of our brother we the church at Thompson Creek loose one
of our most loyal members, he ever stood ready to bear the banner for
Christ, shouting plainly in his every day walk the master whom he so
faithfully served.
His passing is a great loss to his church but on the other hand it is a
great gain for him, to gain heaven is the greatest goal for which man
can strive. He left behind evidence which leads us to know that
today he is basking in the radiance of heaven in company with those of
his loved one's who had preceded him.
Be it further resolved that we extend to the sad hearts of his family
who are left behind our heart felt sympathy and commend to them one who
is more able to comfort than any one earthly.
