On Sept. 26, 1902 the silent angel of death came and took for its victim sister Christina BOOTHE.  She was born April 11, 1863.  Her mother Mrs. Mary Ann and father William BOOTHE died when she was only a girl and her devotion to her family and friends were alike most beautiful.  In her early girlhood she gave her heart and life to God and joined the Missionary Baptist Church at Thompson Creek.  While we know her vacancy in her home and our midst can never be filled yet we mourn our loss but feel our loss is Heaven's gain, and may her bright and blessed influence linger and tend to fill our lives with more noble traits and lead us to that eternal home of happiness.
 
Resolved that the Church and family have our sympathy- that a copy of these resolutions be spread on the Church book, and a copy furnished the family- a copy sent to the Baptist Flag for publication.
