To this union were born seven children, four boys and three girls.
One preceded her to the grave.  She died Nov. 13. 1914, age 57 years, eleven months and twenty six days.  She professed faith in christ the same year she was married and joined the Missionary Babtist Church at Thompson Creek, of which she lived a devoted member till death.
Resolved. second, that in the death of Sister Maddox the husband has lost a true companion, The children an affectionate mother and the church a faithful member.  Our loss is heaven's gain.
Third, that a copy be furnished the family, also spred upon the church minutes and sent to the Babtist Builder and Dresden Enterprise for publication.
