Obituary

Carroll Cheatom PICKLER was borned Dec. 15, 1861, died Mar. 8, 1915 age 53 years 2 months and 21 days.  Proffessed faith in Christ and united with the Missonary Babtist Church at Thompson Creek somewhere between the age of 25 and 30 and remained a consistent member until death.
He was married to Miss Belle HALL Dec. 25, 1904.  He leaves a wife and three small boys, two sisters and a host of others relatives and friends to mourn his death.
Cheatmon was a kind and loving husband and father and a good neighbor.  He was never known to be in any trouble in his life.  We would say to the loved ones to so live as he has lived.  May it be an unbroken family in heaven.  May his children be as he has been ever ready to help their fellowmen.  Therefore be it resolved that this be published in the Babtist Builder and the Dresden Enterprise and a copy be sent to the family.
