[words underlined as in original]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Settlement between Williams<strong> JONES<\/strong> Clerk of this Court and John S [or T]<strong> BURNS<\/strong> Guardian to C D &amp; I [or J] V.<strong> MACK <\/strong>minor heirs of R.H. <strong>MACK<\/strong> was this day submitted to the Court which was confirmed and ordered to be recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ordered by the Court that Moses <strong>HILL<\/strong> be appointed overseer of the road of 2d Class in the place of Charles <strong>PARKER<\/strong> and that he have E <strong>RILEY<\/strong> James<strong> WALKE<\/strong> [poss. <strong>WALKER<\/strong>] Wm. J.<strong> YOUNG<\/strong> and the hands in that bounds to work under his direction Isued <strong>May 5th 1851<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ordered by the court that Robert M<strong> POAG<\/strong> be appointed overseer of the road of 2d Class in the place of Joseph S <strong>ROBNETT<\/strong> and that he have the hands in the same bounds to work under his direction Isued<strong> May 5, 1851<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cam Ibby G<strong> GALLAHER<\/strong> Guardian to the minor heirs of John <strong>GALLAHER<\/strong> Dec\u2019d and renewed his bond in the sum of two thousand dollars with Joseph G<strong> GALLAHER<\/strong> &amp; Amos H <strong>GALLAHER <\/strong>her securities which was approved of by the Court and ordered to be recorded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ordered by the Court that the Clerk of this Court so amend the settlement made with William <strong>POLLARD<\/strong> Administrator of the estate of Jacob A. <strong>KEATON<\/strong> Deceased as to give the said Wm <strong>POLLARD<\/strong> a credit of three dollars &amp; sixty seven cents the amount paid by him to John L <strong>CYPERT<\/strong> account which was duly approven and presented<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ordered that Court adjourn till Court in Course \/\/s\/\/ D J <strong>JONES<\/strong> Chair.
