Odle\" width=\"139\" height=\"227\" align=\"right\" \/>ODLE, Jesse F.<\/strong>, was born at West Point, Lawrence County, Tennessee on 1 November 1894. He was the son of Ellick (Alex) ODLE and Fannie WILLBANKS, both of whom are buried at the Copeland Cemetery in the Highland Community, Wayne County, Tennessee. Jesse&#8217;s siblings were Jim, Charlie, Beulah and Gertie. His grandparents were Dave ODLE 15 May 1838 &#8211; 16 April 1931 and Wren RISNER ODLE 15 Nov 1844 &#8211; 30 Nov 1926. Jesse married Pearl LONG. He died 11 Aug 1957 and is buried in the Copeland Cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>Jesse moved with his parents early in life from West Point to Wayne County where they farmed for a living and lived for the rest of his life. He was inducted into the Army on 2 October 1917 at Waynesboro, Tennessee and discharged 20 December 1917. He was discharged from Machine Gun Company, 324<sup>th<\/sup> Infantry National Army at the age of 22 years and listed his occupation as sawmilling.<\/p>\n<p>Jesse and Pearl had the following children:<\/p>\n<p>1. Reuben ODLE who married Nellie STAGGS. Their children are Betty Mae, Patricia Fay, Ruby Nell, John Robert, and Jimmy Wayne.<\/p>\n<p>2. Luther ODLE who married Rosa KILBURN. Their children were Leon, Thelma Jean, Jessie, Paul Daniel, and Patricia.<\/p>\n<p>3. Magdaline ODLE, who married first to Rex RISNER and second to Arnold FRANKLIN. Her children are Joyce RISNER, Mae Lois RISNER, Jewel Dean RISNER, Sherry RISNER and Judy FRANKLIN.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pauline ODLE who married James DICKEY. Their children are Ronnie, Donnie, Linda Fay, and Terry Wayne.<\/p>\n<p>5. Nadine ODLE who <a id=\"FALINK_2_0_1\" class=\"FAtxtL\" href=\"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/wayne\/ww1\/OR.htm#\">married John<\/a> H. DAVIS. Their children are Shirley and James Elvin.<\/p>\n<p>6. Willie Ruth ODLE who married Herman CREASY. They live in Arkansas and their children are Jerry Wayne and Wanda.<\/p>\n<p>7. Fannie Lou ODLE who married Andrew PARHAM. Their children are Lou Ella, Debra, Charles, and David.<\/p>\n<p>8. Lyrlon ODLE.<\/p>\n<p>9.
