A. can be old or new, black/white, or colored
B. must have name of place, directions to get to place
C. must be able to prove in Wayne County.
D. Must have name of photographer, date taken

2. Deadline is August 16, 2014 @ 12 a.m.

3. Winner will be announced on facebook and in Wayne County Historian September issue.

4. Winner will receive a free year’s membership in Wayne County Historical Society.
