\nDeed Book 585, Page 436 (1983) \u2013 Lanny Slagle relinquishes his interest back to his father, Harry.\u00a0 After Harry\u2019s death, and through a series of estate settlement procedures, the entire Harry Thurman Slagle property was divided into several parcels during a 2009 survey.\u00a0 The parcel including this burial ground was conveyed to Lanny Slagle by the administrator and the deed recorded at Roll 650, Image 1619. However, the burial ground was excepted, at the request of Lanny Slagle, and remained in Harry Thurman Slagle. The specific metes & bounds of the burial ground were called out for the first time within the deed trail in this last deed.\u00a0 This leaves the ownership of the burial ground somewhat clouded.
