The first meetings were held in homes and in Samuel Garst&#8217;s log barn. The first church was a log building erected in 1850 on land donated by Michael Bashor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\">The present frame church was built in 1898.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small; color: #ff0000;\">Members<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">The organizers were: Mchael Bashor, Samuel Garst, Joseph Bowman, Samuel Miller and the Brubeckers<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small; color: #ff0000;\">Pastors<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\">C. H.
