Permission to enter is required. Maintained by descendants.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>LOCATION<\/strong> \u2013 Within the boundaries of Washington County, TN tax parcel 039-115.00 and south, off Weaver Hollow Road in Johnson City, just west of the Carter County line.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>GPS<\/strong> \u2013 withheld from publication for privacy reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>DEEDS<\/strong> \u2013 Several deeds were reviewed and none except the burial ground. A couple of deeds in more recent years do note the burial ground along one of the calls \u2013 \u201c\u2026..corner of a cemetery located within subject property boundaries\u2026..thence with the line of the cemetery\u2026..124.87 feet\u2026..\u201d (Deed book 688, Page 325 and a 1989 survey). An earlier survey done in 1972 calls the distance as 117 feet (Deed book 474, Page 235).<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>BURIALS<\/strong> \u2013 Five markers are present and based upon information from a descendant, no other burials are known to be there. Four TN death certificates were found and those indicate \u201cFamily\u201d and \u201cOsborne\u201d in the place of burial field. The fifth death certificate, for a child, has not been found.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Chappel, James F. &#8211; born May 27, 1875 and died June 2, 1928<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Chappell, Ollie A(dmira Osborne) \u2013 born (Aug 17), 1875 and died (Apr 23), 1947<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Osborne, John \u2013 born July 20, 1851 and died July 13, 1928<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Osborne, Sarah J(ane Shepherd) \u2013 born August 28, 1854 and died May 27, 1928<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Schill, Betty Lois \u2013 born Oct. 31, 1934 and died June 20, 1936<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif\">Surveyed, transcribed and donated to the Washington County TNGen Web July 2018 by Gordon M.
